Metal Roof Restoration

 Metal Roof Restoration

Why Replace that Metal Roof or Wall Panels when you can Restore Them at a Fraction of the Cost of New Metal Panels? And You Can Add Insulation to Save on Your Energy Bills
Is your metal roof starting to look like the one on the left?   Or is it starting to develop roof leaks?  Either way your roof can be restored to stop leaking, and look like new.

Let us walk you through the process of using elastomeric coatings, to make your roof leak free and look like new.  The 12 step process from one of our suppliers is shown below:

This type of system qualifies as an Energy Star "Cool Roof" system.
The Chart on the right shows the expected savings over a 15 year period.  This type of project is considered "restoration" by the tax code meaning you can expense it instead of capitalizing it.  It also may apply for some tax credits.  (Check with your accountant.)
Want more energy savings?
We can add spray polyurethane foam roofing to the metal deck before the coating process.  SPF roofing is rated at almost R-7 per inch, which makes it twice the insulation value of most other insulating products.  And, it's seamless, self flashing, and qualifies and a thermal, air and moisture barrier making it the "King" of all the insulating products.  If Spray foam is used on your roof, it can even pay for itself in as little as five years.  With warranty periods of 10+ years for this type of system, it's like getting a free roof.
